The cause of troubled singer Amy Winehouse‘s death is finally in, and it’s “over-consumption of alcohol.”. Apparently Amy, 27 – who battled with alcoholism for quite some time – had a blood alcohol level 4 times the normal limit.
Her parents were adamant that their daughter was drug free at the time of her death, and it seems that they were right and the whispers and suggestions that the singer had gone back on drugs was false. This must create some sort of solace for her family.
So there you have it folks, the talented young singer died accidentally at the hands of her terrible disease that she couldn’t seem to get away from. My heart goes out to her family, and those who share this disease who share in her pain.
