Rihanna returned to her hometown of Barbados to take part in a Kadooment Day Parade, which was held on August 1st. Kadooment Day is a celebration that is very similar to a carnival, with plenty of partying and enough wild music to get the energy pumping — and Rihanna’s hips a movin’. It sounds sort of like the Barbados version of Mardi Gras.
The 23-year-old superstar sported a red and yellow sequined bikini, as well as red fishnet stockings. Unfortunately, it started raining during the celebration, but Rihanna didn’t let the dismal weather put a stopper on her spirited vacation, which was strategically planned to coincide with the festival.
